With fiber glass and crepe paper as bottom material, coated with acrylic adhesive, It is widely used for motor, oil transformer insulation, etc .
The glass fibre reinforced paper tape is particularly suitable for permanent use in oil-filled transformers. It can withstand a breakdown voltage of 3,500 volts and, with a temperature resistance of up to 105 °C, belongs to insulation class A.
The paper backing is coated with a solvent-resistant acrylate adhesive, which has a high shear and tensile strength.
You can therefore use the 0.23 millimetre insulating tape wherever solvents are indispensable in the application. It also guarantees particularly good impregnation properties with resins and paints.
